Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, submitting images, placing an order, or using any Retouching Zone service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Retouching Zone.

General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Retouching Zone services. Specific photo editing services, custom quotations, bulk orders, or special projects may include additional terms that will be communicated during the order-confirmation process.

• You may request a free trial, subject to our trial eligibility rules.
• You may request a free quotation for bulk, recurring, or custom photo editing orders.
• Service scope, price, turnaround time, and delivery requirements will be confirmed before work begins.

Image Submission, Review & Acceptance

You are responsible for submitting images in suitable file formats and resolutions based on our project guidelines. We recommend retaining your original image files and maintaining your own backup copies at all times.

• After delivery, you have 7 days to review the edited files and report any issues or revision requests.
• Where a valid issue is reported within the review period, we will review the request and make reasonable corrections according to the confirmed order requirements.
• You must review the corrected files and either accept them or report any remaining issue within the applicable review period.
• We may delete submitted and edited image files 30 days after your acceptance of the completed order. Please download and securely store all final files promptly.

Image Delivery

We generally deliver edited files through a download link. At your request and where available, we may also deliver files through FTP or another agreed secure transfer method.

• Delivery time depends on the service type, image quantity, complexity, and agreed pricing.
• The estimated delivery schedule will be confirmed during order confirmation.
• For large, urgent, or complex orders, we may request a reasonable extension if unavoidable circumstances affect delivery.
• If delivery is delayed, please contact us so we can review the order status and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Payment & Pricing

Prices for our services may be published on our website or provided in a custom quotation. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will follow the price agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

• All payments are processed in US dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• An order is considered confirmed when full payment has been received, unless we approve a credit arrangement in writing.
• For high-volume or repeat clients, credit terms may be offered at Retouching Zone’s discretion.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, transaction charges, tariffs, and similar fees associated with your order, except taxes imposed directly on our income.
• One free trial is permitted per client, account, or IP address, unless Retouching Zone approves otherwise.

Your Images & Right to Use

You retain ownership of the images and files you submit to Retouching Zone. By submitting images, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to receive, store, access, process, edit, reproduce, and transfer those images solely to provide the requested services.

• You confirm that you own the submitted images or have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide them to us.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted materials do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• You agree to protect and indemnify Retouching Zone and its partners from claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these obligations.

Term, Cancellation & Termination

These terms apply from the time you submit files, request services, or place an order and remain in effect until the relevant order has been completed, accepted, cancelled, or otherwise closed.

• Retouching Zone may suspend or terminate an order where we reasonably believe that submitted content is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms.
• If we cannot complete an order, we will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate refund or compensation for any unedited images.
• Refund eligibility for completed but unaccepted edited files will be assessed based on the agreed project requirements, the work completed, and the reason for cancellation.

Changes to These Terms

Retouching Zone may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated terms become effective when posted on this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
